After a brief fling with Costco pizza, we've had a very satisfying relationship with Uncle Peteza's in Bothell for two years now. He gives us a great price, and since the pizza lunch program has started this year we have raised $700.
This year, the school has used the money to buy Magic cards (as in Magic the Gathering), melty craft beads and a video game engine program, and is planning on buying gymnastic tumbling mats.In addition to making pizza the people love, Uncle Peteza is also providing employment for one of our students.Uncle Peteza's is at 22624 Meridian Ave S

Today was the first pizza day of the school year. Robert, James and Mat formed a concession committee to sell pizza and drinks one day each week. That's just the beginning. Because of school community enthusiasm, the committee plans to open a store to sell other items on a daily basis. It is likely that pizza will be available more than one day a week and the committee is considering creating a pizza punch card for payment convenience.Monies earned from concessions will be divided equally between Clearwater's general fund and to purchase educational supplies and equipment chosen by the concession committee.Photos of today's pizza day will be posted soon.
